    Quantitatively analyzing operational risk factors of Virtual Logistics Alliance (VLA) is a prerequisite to developing economy and effective risk management measures on it. In this paper, firstly, a set of operational risk assessment index system on VLA is established based on related documents. Secondly, the sequencing model on risk factors of VLA is constructed based on fuzzy set theory and AHP, which uses triangular fuzzy number to characterize judgment information of each expert, and gathers the views of many experts to form the comprehensive Fuzzy Complementary Judgment Matrix, and uses a kind of sequencing method based on possibility degree to sequence the importance of risk factors of VLA; Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of relevant model.

    With appearance of the modern logistics concept, enterprises are paying more and more attention to logistics management. To reduce logistics cost, they begin to inspect logistics organization modes. This article has applied transaction cost theory to analyze how the enterprises can choose logistics modes with the lowest total cost, and Williamson’s Heuristic Model to define the boundary of three logistics modes, and concluded that technical progress will reduce logistics outsourcing transaction cost, change scale boundary of logistics outsourcing and self-supported logistics to shift towards a direction more conducive to logistics outsourcing, which is developing from short-term contract to strategic alliance. This is also of reference value for the logistics enterprises to choose logistics mode according to their real conditions, and has defined logistics industry development tendency theoretically.

    Recent years, Hong Kong has been the world’s second largest wine auction centre after New York, with wine trading, warehousing and other related activities developing robustly. However, some standards of wine storage management, especially in a WMS implementation for wine, have raised most concerns for local traders, agents, warehouses, distributors, even some multi-national logistics companies, as gives rise to many issues concerning efficiency, product and service quality, customer satisfaction, etc. So this paper aims to apply the best practices of a WMS implementation of Li & Fung Group into the wine warehouse and recommend some standards from data entry to process control concerning inbound, storage, outbound and distribution. Moreover, twelve elements determining a successful WMS implementation will be listed for Hong Kong companies and industry reference.

    The retailer’s shelf-space-allocation decision affects not only the retailer’s profitability but also the supplier’s. This paper studies channel coordination through revenue sharing (RS) contracts between a common supplier and two competing retailers in a two-echelon supply chain. The supplier, acting as a leader, grants the franchise to two retailers facing shelf-space-dependent demand. The supplier influences retailers’ decisions by charging portions of the revenue in exchange for the reduction in wholesale price. To maximize their profitability, the two competing retailers determine the order quantities under the given contract terms. We then investigate how the partners make decisions under the RS contracts and provide the condition under which both retailers stay in competition. Lastly we explore when the supply chain could reach the efficiency as in a centralized one.

    Logistics Vehicle Routing Problem belongs to a class of NP problem which has important practical value. This article needs to be considered for vehicles path restriction requirements, and have been established in the vehicle routing problem based on the mathematical model, using particle swarm optimization algorithm intelligence (PSO), constructing vehicle routing problem with particle expressions, establishing this problem by particle swarm algorithm, and compared with Genetic algorithms. The simulation results show that the algorithm can quickly and efficiently obtain the optimal vehicle routing problem solution. Therefore, it can be a very effective program to solve the vehicle routing problem.

    The study focuses on selection of pilot-enterprises and optimization of network path and flow for drop-pull transport. With several constraints considered, such as environmental friendly & energy saving factors, and flow limitation within the close-loop network, .the original mathematical programming problem is transformed and solved by the maximum flow theory. Examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm, the relationship between profit, flow and no-load rate, and the effect of regulatory restraints on profit of drop-pull transport network. The study provides important references for selections of pilot-enterprises, arrangement of number of tractors and the relevant paths for drop-pull transport.

    The competition model has developed from between enterprises to between supply chains, more and more companies lay emphesis on supply chain coodination. Besides, the development of information technology make coordination and management within supply chain possible. The paper consider information sharing in two competing supply chains, each consisting of one manufactruer and one retailer. Since the way of wholesale pricing could affect the result, we take linear wholesale price to conduct the investigation. It is concluded that the higher the possibility of market demand is high, the more likely retailers do not share information. When given the market demand is high, one supply chain do not share information, the optimal strategy the other supply chainis to share demand information.

The enterprises don’t have a high level of environmental protection consciousness. So it is of great importance and practical significance to study the eco-efficiency of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain. This article mainly analyzes the possibilities of cutting down the remanufacturing costs and consumption of resources from the perspective of product design and remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain process activities. Firstly, having a deep analysis of ISCM definition; then explaining the benefits on the international supply chain management; thirdly, introducing the new barriers on its’ management; lastly, bringing up the ways towards effective international supply chain management.     This article deals with problems related to the integration of commerce and logistics within a supply chain and to the coordination of this system. Commerce flow and logistics should complement each other as important components of the supply chain. For efficient operation of the supply chain, a new operating pattern concerning integrated management of commerce flow and logistics is proposed here. In this model, for the first time, commerce flow and logistics are considered together from the perspective of the cost. Through the comparative analysis of cost, it is proved that the new model reveals the tendency of supply chain integration, which is helpful to develop reasonable strategies to improve supply chain management.

    Bullwhip effect means the magnification of demand fluctuations, which is evident in a supply chain when demand increases and decreases. Different production strategy and inventory strategy can influence the extent of bullwhip effect which is reflected in the change of inventory quantity. This paper discusses the bullwhip effect under different production environment and different inventory policy by virtue of system dynamics Research results show that the longer the leading time, the longer the inventory adjustment, and the longer the smoothing time; Under MTS production environment situation, the smoothing time in (s, S) inventory strategy is shorter than in VMI inventory strategy and fluctuation range of VMI is lower than of (s, S). These researches verify the relation between variables and understand the consequences of decisions for the policy reference in supply chain management.

Thus, in order to supply the shipping lines with the decision support of the location problem, this paper establishes the Bi-level programming model for the above problem for the first time, and solves the model with the genetic algorithm. Finally, the paper proves the practicability of the model through application.
