    Efficient evaluation system on the basis of previous studies, the use of the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method for the systematic analysis of the level and efficiency of influencing factors listed logistics company’s efficiency and building the evaluation of the efficiency of logistics enterprises in China situation. First, the study concludes that the existing research results at home and abroad, and based on the influencing factors of enterprise efficiency, building a logistics business efficiency evaluation index system; Second, the 10 domestic listed logistics enterprises as the study sample, the use of DEA method of sample enterprises technology efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the evaluation study, the results showed that: the scale of the low efficiency of logistics enterprises is a main reason for inefficiency, pure technical efficiency is only part of the logistics enterprises impact further proved that the DEA method in the evaluation of logistics of the scientific method and superiority of the enterprise, the more in-depth evaluation of the efficiency of logistics enterprises have a greater practical significance.

    This paper is based on the CEPII database’s the 6 — digit HS code exported trade data in 2003-2010, and using the survival analysis method to analyze the duration of the China exported industrial manufactured goods’ relations. The results of the study has found that the duration of our countries’ exported industrial manufactured products trade relations is relatively short, mostly trade relations are only 2 to 3 years. On this basis, this paper has put forward that our countries’ policy should establish the early warning system, stabilize and deepen the existing trade relations to maintain the steady development of the exported trade.

    This paper combines the theory of industrial organization with the determination of corporate capital structure to investigate how the buyer-supplier relationships affect the capital structure of Chinese suppliers. To explore the precise mechanism of the above process, we analyze the panel data of listed manufacturing companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen securities markets from 2002 to 2011, using the fixed effect regression. The empirical results show a negative relationship between suppliers’ debt ratio and their customer concentrations in Chinese market. Meanwhile, this paper test two motivations of maintaining lower leverage, finding that the precautionary motivation plays a more important role in China.

    Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of Zhejiang industrial enterprises, industrial output growth rate has remained stable overall. But in recent years, industrial output growth rate fluctuates, and there is a downward trend. In 2009, due to the impact of financial crisis, industrial output growth rate dropped to the bottom in nearly ten years (2.95%). For the policy stimulus of central government and local government, in 2010 the province's industrial output growth rate rebounded to an all-time high (20%), but in 2011 the rate dropped to 15.8% again. The author thinks that the impact of Zhejiang Province industrial production factors has two aspects: the scale and efficiency, of which scale is the foundation, and the efficiency is the key. This paper selects imported high-tech products, foreign direct investment, research and development funding of industrial enterprises and other indicators as an important factor affecting Zhejiang Province Industrial gross. Through the establishment of regression model, the author draws the conclusion: the import of high-tech products is the effective way to increase Zhejiang Province industrial gross; and due to improper use of research and development funding, it cannot ascend industrial enterprise innovation ability, thus it has adversely influence to Zhejiang province industry growth.

However, the vulnerability of our network platform and trading virtual objects result in the lacking of integrity in the E-commerce transaction process. Honesty has become a bottleneck which restricts the development of E-commerce. This article elaborates the development of E-Business Honesty and Royalty from the aspect of restriction of E-Business Honesty and Royalty, summarize the problems in the establishment of credit system, and analyzed the reasons to E-commerce integrity issues. At the meantime, some practical suggestions are given to solve the E-commerce integrity issues on the basis of the successful experience of advanced regions in China.

    Under the background of transitional Economy, as the incompleteness of Chinese market system, there are market segmentation problems in financial market. We make use of information asymmetry hypothesis, liquidity diversity hypothesis to build a model to analyze the main factors causing segmentation. Sample data from 2004 to 2009 was used to make an empirical analysis, and the result shows that the segmentation is complex, mainly affected by risk preferences, liquidity diversity, and information asymmetry, while the differences of demand and supply do not have a significant effect on it.

    The production and consumption of electronics each year is enormous in China, resulting in severely environmental pollution. The developed countries have established effective and unimpeded recycling channels, based on the extended producer responsibility system. Enterprises give top priority to economic benefit without any environmental responsibility concept in the early period of large-scale development in China now. They always think that upfront inputs on environmental will affect business performance, reducing the profits. Manufacturers should be in the first place when we design the recovery channels for its high efficiency. There are three options: firstly, manufacturers reclaim directly from the customer; secondly, manufacturers provide appropriate incentives to existing retailers to promote its recovery; thirdly, manufacturers subcontract recycling activities to a third party.
