    The paper firstly explores the bundle of beneficiary effects of FDI on Chinese industry structural evolution, next, calculates industry structural alteration from 1985 to 2008 in China, and upgrade since the reform and opening-up, and then tests the long-run and causality relations between the five impacts and FDI by cointegration test and Granger causality test, and makes general and detailed analysis on the effect of FDI by impulse-response function. The results indicate: FDI can accelerate China’s industrial evolving and optimizing directly and through a bundle of beneficiary effects, such as the change of demand structure, capital accumulation, technological progress, institutional change and export trade development.

    In today's world, information technology has been changing, as an important part of a new generation of information technology, things of Internet is being pay attention to by more and more businesses and organizations, it is seen as the third world information technology waving after the computer technology and Internet technology. The subject of the article is to study how we make use of things of Internet in the fresh produce supply chain. The paper used method of index and investigates, and accumulated a lot of information about agricultural supply chain. And the article based on the applications of Internet of Things in the fresh produce supply chain, analyzed the problems of China's fresh produce supply chain, and on the basis of analysis, the assay studied how to optimize the supply chain of fresh produce with the things of Internet, which will improve the efficiency of fresh supply chain. Finally, our conclusion is that we need to optimize our fresh produce supply chain through introducing Internet of things into the links of breeding, processing, transportation and sale of fresh produce.

    Introducing entropy theory to the system control and organization decision-making of university management, this paper, reveals its disequilibrium, openness and non-linearity. It points out that the order degree of university management system depends on reducing the positive entropy increase inside the system and the negative entropy flow input from outside. The system entropy flow can be controlled by enlarging the openness of the system, innovating the system, distributing the existing education resource reasonably, constructing an effective and holistic system of information communication. Furthermore, it constructs the entropy model in the system and proposes organization decision-making based on system entropy change.

The positive analysis reflects the profitability, liquidity, operational capability and 12 capital structural indicators for significantly distinguishing and predicting financial crisis, providing a more reasonable investing expectation analysis tool for investors.

    In this paper, we have used the analysts’ stock rating samples from 35 brokers between 2006 and 2008 to test whether the average analysts’ stock rating and day/week/half-month/month/quarter group can help investors to forecast the profit potential of analysts’ recommendations, our research results show that different rebalance frequency have important reference value for investors to gain abnormal returns. When analyst’s average rating is “Strong buy” or “buy”, investors should react to the information as soon as possible. When analyst’s average rating is between “Strong buy” and “buy”, investors should be careful of potential recommendation traps. The amount of analysts’ “sell” or “Strong sell” rating is low, but they have high information content and important reference value. Especially when analysts’ recommendations are “sell” or “strong sell”, uninformed investors should sell them with half-month or month rebalance frequency strategy.

    Net export growth in China has been fast over the past few decades. Several factors appear to have contributed to this phenomenon. Using monthly data from August 2005 to August 2010, this paper investigates the relationship of net export and monetary indices using SVAR model. After that we take impulse response and variance decomposition to learn the specific response of net export to different shock. Results suggest that net export shows different response pattern to interest rate, exchange rate and shock. And seems to be the best choice of financial policy to realize internal and external equilibrium.

Nonetheless, for several reasons, such as late establishment, lag recognition and technical limitations, the low carbon finance developments are relatively backward. Therefore, government and financial institutions themselves take corresponding measures, naturally, to strengthen market construction, consummate police environment, bolster aggressively carbon finance development, and promote China low carbon economic growth. This article starts at the characteristics of carbon finance, analyses the overseas carbon finance market and the present domestic carbon finance market, and puts forward the tactics for the growth of domestic carbon finance.

    According to the raw data of 1990-2009 total energy consumption in Hebei province, This article build a Grey Prediction System GM (1,1). Research indicates that the total energy consumption in Hebei province have increased in exponential way. The fitting accuracy of this predicting model is 92.30%, development coefficient reaches 0.04.So the predicting model GM (1,1) is suitable for the prediction model for long-term economic forecast. During period of "the Twelfth Five-year Plan", The total energy consumption in Hebei province is expected to increase with 8.97% rate, and it will reach 43601.16 10000 tons of SCE by 2015.

    Buried pipeline is very easy to be corroded and leaked, and will do pollution to the surrounding environment and accompanied with huge energy loss. With the buried pipelines as the research object, considering the phase transition effect of crude oil's solidification, a coupling model of the flowing and heat transfer of oil-gas-water three-phase in the soil's porous media was built. With Finite Volume Method and SIMPLEC algorithm of coupling of pressure and velocity, and applying the VOF (Volume of Fluid)Model and Solidification&Melting Model, the numerical simulation of the leakage process of oil-gas-water multiphase flow in buried pipeline was done, and has determined influence of oil-gas-water three-phase flow and oil’s solidification melting on the leak process of buried pipeline. The results showed that: (1) the leaked oil’s solidification amount was first increased, then decreased, and the solidification phase diffused as arc towards the surface; (2) due to the stress in porous media and layer, the biggest vertical penetrating depth of leaked oil was 5.3 m; (3) the maximum range of piping radial diffusion of leaked oil already had amounted to 4.5m at 20000s.

    Corrosion of steel pipeline can form numerous leaks, reduce service life of pipeline, and make large losses. Use of nonmetallic pipeline can solve the problem. Glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline is nonmetallic pipeline. It can be installed conveniently, would not corrode in electrochemistry environment, and its service life is very long. So, it is widely used in many fields such as petroleum, city water supply, waste water processing, etc. In the paper, hydraulic calculations of pipeline are researched, and frictional resistance losses of water in glass fiber reinforced plastic pipelines with different diameters are measured, and relation curves between losses and Reynolds number are obtained. Based on experimental data, errors between experimental values and calculation values of formulas for hydraulic calculation are analyzed. The formulae to calculate the frictional resistance in glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline are recommended. The researches in this article are very important for the reasonable design, effective management and the economic operation of glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline.

    The adverse impact of rainfall infiltration to asphalt concrete pavement structure using should not be ignored. Based on the theory of unsaturated seepage theory, this paper analyzes the progress and rules of pavement infiltration in rainfall condition. It puts forward some measures to prevent damage of asphalt concrete pavement, and provides a basis for asphalt concrete pavement drainage design.
