But currently research is fasten upon the especially environment, and ignore the effect of factor change. The paper, based on Petri Net, establish a model of CONWIP system. Meanwhile, this model is simulated by software of Arena. and compare the performance of MRP,KANBAN and CONWIP, the result of simulation also validate this model effectively.

    The progress of technology makes the structure of weapons and equipments more complex. The breed, quantity and amount of equipment materiel get greater than the former general battles. So, it will be sticking point of establishing reasonable inventory standards and stocking strategy that forecasting materiel consuming discipline by rule and line. And it will also be significant to debase the whole inventory, and to increase the support ratio of materiel and to increase the utilizing efficiency of maintenance costs. After analyzing the historical consuming data of equipment materiel, this paper forecasts materiel consuming discipline by unitary method. This method firstly forecasts the nonzero wastage, and then forecasts the wastage of limited time. It forecasts the distributing rule by combine the explaining variable and the self-correlation. And it will be up to the fact of equipment consuming. The precision of forecasting will be more accurate than the Markov Bootstrap method that doesn’t consider the influence of explaining variables.

    This paper posed the decomposition theory of equipment product structure based on the Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and analyzed the maintenance support processes of different maintenance level. Then according to the technology of Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), this paper established the equipment maintenance spare allocation model and simulation system. This paper provides decision-making rationale for analyzing the maintenance support processes and determining the maintenance spare parts and allocation concept.

Furthermore, the paper verifies the advantages and practicability of the method by analyzing an actual project case of value engineering bid evaluation.

    Because of its intangibility,the brand assets is more difficult to be measured than the tangible assets. This paper puts up to use the Consumption-driven identity evaluation method to evaluate the brand assets value, while serving the brand evaluation methods existing in our country and other foreign countries as connection, referring to the customer value brand evaluation method and the loyalty factor brand evaluation method. The method introduces the factor of Consumption-driven intensity and analyzes it mathematically. At the same time, it selects the representative OTC as the studying object, to build up the bridge between the evaluation model and consuming products brand evaluation. Finally this paper empirical studies the OTC brand assets value evaluation model.

    This paper investigates the impact of ultimate controllers on corporate diversification strategy. Using a sample of Chinese listed firms from the period 2004 to 2008, the results show that the divergence between cash flow right and control right of the ultimate controller has significantly positive effects on corporate diversification. Further analysis shows that the effects of the divergence are stronger when the ultimate controller has a longer control chain.

    The financial crisis results in a sluggish market, which makes enterprises more cautious with investment. In this paper, we first try to examine the maturity of the Chinese market; then elaborate on the different types of futures related to the enterprises’ products and select the quality futures; and then, use the covariance model to obtain the related coefficient and make a hedge analysis of investment portfolio, thus trying to maximize the gains under equal risks, or minimize the risks under equal gains, and reduce the risks by adjusting the investment portfolio structure of the invested commodity futures; and lastly, we make a comparison of the variance between investment portfolio optimized by relevant futures and investment portfolio that have not yet joined in futures, evaluate the reduction of risks and make adjustments of the investment portfolio, thus enabling the enterprises to achieve the goals of using futures portfolio to optimize the investment structure and to evade the financial risks. Research results show: (1) Affected by the financial crisis and the theory of consumers’ utility maximization, the present-day production enterprises are risk-tired investors; (2) the futures market in China cannot be called a mature market, so the short-term futures investment of individual products has a very high risk, and many are noise traders, so production enterprises should consider building the futures portfolio and make a long-term investment; (3) when selecting a futures portfolio, it can be either the positively relevant futures or the negatively relevant futures, and both can help reduce the financial risks; and (4) enterprises can make more profits if they adjust investment portfolio correctly.

    Natural Gas Vehicles (NGVs) have emerged as a short term option for addressing long-term, sustainable energy supply and environmental problems. Yet, the biggest barrier that needs to be overcome is the development of a vehicle-infrastructure system. Few real-world observations on the diffusion dynamics of NGVs/infrastructure have been carried out. In this paper we describe a case study about the diffusion of NGVs in Shanghai, China. This paper first reviews the adoption of NGVs in Shanghai briefly. Then the vehicle-infrastructure phenomenon currently inhibiting the market penetration process of NGVs is investigated. Finally, some suggestions on how to promote the diffusion of NGVs/infrastructure are discussed. The study of the unsuccessful diffusion of NGVs in Shanghai can reveal what will be the main obstacles in the diffusion process, and furthermore give policy implications for initializing and keeping a successful demonstration project.

    A new biogas company is a new way to achieve industrial biogas. The key constituent part of a new biogas company operation process contains a characteristic win-win cycle and a dragon pig farm which make use of rural cheap land resources. The object of characteristic win-win cycle is that it form voluntary and mutually beneficial cooperation between the new biogas and farmers depend on an agreement that farmers freely give their straw to the new biogas company while the company freely provide a certain methane and Anaerobic Fermentation Residues (AFR) as feedback. By doing this, the new biogas company can obtain plenty of biogas raw materials, give farmers certain AFR at close quarters and generate new job opportunity for farmers to increase their incomes. The new biogas company not only meet the rural energy requirement but also settle farmer’s worried to raise pig at a loss and waste of straw, as well as making use of rural cheap land resources to create economic benefit, to push the development of industrial biogas and overcome the difficulties of using household biogas digester to take action with the rules because of poor transport facilities, dispersive residence and a few income in the countryside.
