    The research on evaluation of mining right becomes more and more important in mining industry. To value the mining right scientifically is a key issue in the field of evaluation of mining right. It is the key to reasonably estimate the mining right value in the investment decision-making. Mean-reverting is used to simulate the fluctuant process of product price; normal distribution and stochastic process help to forecast the annual net income. Then, the cost of equity can be reckoned by CAPM (the Capital Asset Pricing Model), and considering the cost of credit subscribed capital, the dynamic risk cost of mining right also can be estimated by weighted average cost of capital model. At last, we can get the investment value appraisal model of mining right. The results accords with the practically fluctuant character of mining right value and investment risks, the value of mining right also accords with the practical operating situation, it can provide a scientific and important reference for the decision-maker of mining projects.

With the strategic analysis tool-SWOT, on the basis of analyzing the development status of Nanyang jade carving industry, this paper carries out an analysis on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for Nanyang jade carving industry development, and makes a corresponding combination of the development strategies, puts forward the strategy of achieving the sustainable development for Nanyang jade carving industry, in order to guide the further development for Nanyang jade carving industry.

    The credit lack of third-party logistics enterprises has severely hampered the healthy development of the industry. This article establish the credit evaluation index system for third-party logistics enterprises based on the analysis of factors influencing the credit for a comprehensive, objective, scientific credit level evaluation. The authors determine the weight of every evaluation index with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and present the methods and steps of evaluating credit level for third-party logistics enterprises. Finally, four actual examples of third-party logistics enterprises are presented to demonstrate the proposed method and get the comprehensive credit level evaluation values which can be compared each other.

    This paper estimates the amount of energy subsidies in export products, China’s indirect energy subsidies which transfer to foreign consumer are huge. We explore the input–output analysis to estimate the embodied energy of 33 non-energy sectors and the use of price-gap method to calculate energy subsidies in export. Results show that China is a major exporter of energy, the increasing exports of high energy-intensive goods caused 227 million tons of standard coal, accounting for 10% of China's total energy consumption in 2007, transfer to foreigners, and, China's indirect energy subsidies in exports was up to 32.07 billion Yuan. We suggest that the phasing-out of fossil-fuel subsidies should be considered in the policy design and reallocate more to support renewable energy, which could improve the terms of trade and favoring the environment of China.

    Each cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are faced with the choice of brand integration strategy. These strategies act as an important part of the whole strategy for firms to implement after cross-border M&As. The paper analyzes four different strategies for integrating brands: 'Swallow up', 'combined', 'Coexistence' and 'Innovation' and try to combine these four strategies with different industries. Few studies have evaluated the brand image effect of an M&A from a marketing perspective. The contribution is to help managers understand whether the acquirer should preserve the obtained brand and focus on increasing brand equity of the acquired brand to avoid the loss of customer loyalty. The paper is structured as follows. Firstly, we provide an overview of the related concept and theory on cross-border M&A. Next, we analyze how different industries should do during the process of brand integration. Finally, in the concluding section, we associated it with the hospitality industry and propose some advices towards China hotel industry specifically.

    On the basis of theoretical analysis, using the data between 1984 to 2008 of Hunan province, regarding the quantity of shipments (million tons) and the added value of Hunan’s tertiary industry (million Yuan) as a research index, this paper verifies the cointegration and the causality of the logistics industry and the added value of Hunan’s tertiary industry through ADF test and Granger test by using the economic analysis software—Eviews. The result shows that there exists long-term stability of the added value of Hunan’s tertiary industry and logistics development. Hunan province's economic growth of the tertiary industry promotes the logistics development, but the role of logistics development to the economic growth is not so obvious. Several suggestions for logistics development are them provided.

Based on modularity theory, the paper analyzes applicability of modularity theory in textile industry, and puts forward basic textile industry modularizing physical design in the aspects of textile product mix, manufacturing process and industrial organization. The paper also suggests a new model of textile industry supply chain supported by information technology which aims to stimulate the customer demands with a combined pushing and pulling of production operation system.

So it is necessary for travel agency to develop the website marketing strategy scientifically and systematically. This paper analyzes the development of travel agencies’ website in China and their marketing situation at present, then innovates the website marketing strategy and optimizes the marketing activities for the travel agency with the help of the integrated theory of 4C and 4P. That is to say, the travel agency need to provide target customers with websites information they need, determine price based on the cost structure that customer are willing to pay, establish more convenient distribution channels for customers, and emphasize promotion way for equally conducting a two-way communication with consumers.     Due to geographic agglomeration, there are the possibilities for cluster firms to lower cost in production and transaction, to flow information, and to take advantage of cluster externalities. To realise it, cluster firms have to co-market with each other. However, there is relatively lack of literature on inter-firm co-marketing in cluster context. As the starting point, this paper, from firms’ point of view, studies on the factors which influence inter-firm co-marketing in order to better understand inter-firm co-marketing behavior. The research conducts an empirical investigation which adopts a multiple-case approach and involves six Chinese traditional industrial clusters. The result shows that the main factors include entrepreneur’s communication ability, marketing personnel ability, resource complementarity and external environment. A research model is then designed.
