    The conflicts of economic interests often focus on the price differences in business activities on both sides of negotiation. Due to the diverse of economic interests, the price negotiation is the most difficult issue in business negotiation. If people intend to succeed in business negotiation, they satisfy mutual interests, understand and identity a win-win situation to both sides of negotiation. This study from the perspective of sense giving, summarizes the related research, discusses the theory based on sense giving theory and puts forward the mechanism of negotiation process, namely it puts the frame of the language into of negotiation situation, assigns a situation in a particular meaning, provides reference frame, affects the negotiators' cognitive experience, and triggers the corresponding negotiation results.

    On the basis of summarizing and summing up the relevant national and international crisis management literatures, this paper combined with the enterprise's life cycle to divide the sources of crisis, which has improved the crisis life cycle theory and corresponding measures of each stage. Crisis warning management and specific to the crisis management of the strategic preplan, both target on the latent period and the precursor period. This is the key to enterprise crisis management. In this paper, enterprise crisis management plan should be supported by the early warning system, which merges the incentive mechanism and discusses how to sustain the enterprise crisis management from the aspects of Organization Learning Ability under Tripe Loop Learning Model, and overcomes the limitation in thinking process. And then, explores the construction of crisis management team, is corresponding to the crisis warning system, which cannot be replaced and plays an important role in crisis management.

    Many countries including China have been troubled by the shortage of education funds, which is the main bottleneck in the development of education. As higher education becomes more and more popular in China, government grants fail to cover the development costs of higher education schools due to the increasing numbers of enrollment and costs alone. Diversified fund-raising for higher education is a key to solve this problem. Foreign funding is one of the funding sources for higher education and is used in direct and indirect ways. Direct use of foreign funds mainly involves China-foreign cooperative running of schools and wholly foreign running of schools. Indirect use of foreign funds mainly involves loans extended by international financial institutions and international assistance, etc. This paper mainly discusses the indirect use of foreign funds for higher education, where the reasons why China should actively use foreign funds and existing issues are analyzed and suggestions are proposed.

    Customer Relationship Management stems from a new Customer-Centric business model. It is a new management mechanism and business strategy which aimed at improving the relationship between companies and customers. With this management mechanism, the company wins customers and retains them, as well as provides customer satisfaction. At the same time, it helps the company create value, and ultimately increase the upper limit and bottom line of profit growth. In the late 20th century, the emerging information processing technology of data mining plays an increasingly important role in the extraction and utilization of business information in customer relationship management. Starting from the definition and essence of data mining, this paper expounds the concept and structure of customer relationship management, analyzes the current status of customer management in Chinese insurance companies, as well as the problems in development. The specific application of data mining technology is illustrated from several aspects including the management and decision-making of Chinese insurance company's customer relationship management, customer service optimization, customer identification and customer retention, risk assessment and fraud identification.

    This paper tests the influence on the combination of cash holding made by the diversified investment that the listing parent firm invests to its subsidiaries. The study found that, (1) Compared with the management-dominating company, the investment-dominating enterprise with its branches having high proportion businesses and having high level of diversified investment to its subsidiaries represents the lower cash holding level. (2) For the investment-dominating company, the increase of non-related diversification degree will reduce its level of cash holding. This study reveals the influence on the overall cash holding of parent-subsidiary brought on by the distribution of business and capital between the parent firm and its subsidiaries. It not only deepens the research on the relations between the company diversification and its condition of cash holding, but also widens the study on the internal capital market in the level of listed parent-subsidiaries companies.

    The Public-private Partnership (PPP) has become an important system arrangement to promote China's new urbanization and strengthen urban infrastructure construction. The actual operation of the PPP model involves complex contractual relationships, in which the contractual relationship between the public and private sectors is the most critical. The PPP model highlights a serious problem of contractual governance due to the difference in goal orientation and possible opportunistic behaviors. In this paper the bargaining cooperative game model is used to demonstrate that the equity governance of the PPP project company is the core content of contractual governance between the public and private sectors. In order to encourage private enterprises to participate in the PPP projects actively, the government should give them a larger equity ratio while improving the transparency of the project information to reduce the private sector’s negotiation loss. Through these measures to increase the cooperative surplus of private sectors and improve contractual governance efficiency in the PPP projects.

    With the development of high-speed railway, more and more people choose high-speed rail to travel; however, the public think that China's high-speed rail operating mechanism and price system has many questions. On one hand, high-speed rail attendance rate is very low, even some sections appear outage Phenomenon; on the other hand, high-speed rail has been high fares, fixed-price model makes a serious imbalance between supply and demand of high-speed rail. On February 20, 2016 National Development and Reform Commission announced that from this year, high-speed rail car fares will be liberal, changed by the China Railway Corporation on its own pricing. This means that the future of high-speed rail fares will gradually adjust to the market, no longer "constant". Based on the marketing segmentation and the aviation pricing strategy, this paper provides some suggestions for China's high-speed railway to adopt flexible pricing strategy to promote the development of China's high-speed railway.

    Merger and acquisition (M&A) is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in a short period of time. In recent years, lots of logistics enterprises choose M&A to achieve horizontal expansion and vertical integration, hence the research on merger and acquisition characteristics and its actual effect of logistics enterprise has a strong practical significance. This paper sets up the evaluation index system of the effect of M&A on the basis of the review of the literatures at home and abroad, combined with the merger motivation theory, collaborative effect theory and value chain theory, and then analyzes and compares the features and actual effect of M&A of logistics enterprises using the combined method of statistics and case analysis. The study finds the following opinions: (1) The horizontal M&A can improve the management synergy, operating synergy and financial synergy of logistics enterprises significantly; (2) The vertical M&A can improve the financial synergy significantly; however, the management synergy and operating synergy are not significant; (3) The mixed M&A lack the significant improvements on management synergy, operating synergy and financial synergy. The study results of this paper can provide some valuable references for logistics enterprises to choose the type of M&A.

    In China, the most prominent problem of order agriculture is a high default rate of the order, at the same time, some elements including the immature domestic market economy system, the illegal system, original defects of order agriculture are hindering the development of order agriculture. The paper is to discuss the problem and put forward corresponding countermeasures. The paper falls into four parts. Part one points out the obstacles of our agricultural development at present. The serious problems are hindering the development of order agriculture. Part two analyzes order agriculture’s characteristics, which includes a strong uncertainty of agricultural output, agricultural production and operation in the production and operation of farm households, uncertain supply of agricultural products and the lack of sharing risk mechanism of supply chain. Part three put forwards the countermeasures for perfecting the risk pricing mechanism of order agriculture supply chain. First, we implement the strategic minimum purchase price. Second, we adhere to the market price. Market price is automatic regulator of uncertainty in the market, and it can share easing market risk, so the contract must adhere to the market price. Third, we establish a stepwise purchase and price mechanism. Part four is the conclusion of the paper.
